Florida Assisted Living Coalition (FALC) is a vital, comprehensive, professional organization representing the assisted living industry. In today's economy every professional must have an advocate that supports their personal and professional interests. We welcome everyone in healthcare whose business model benefits senior living. We fuel their membership by offering a "Community Outreach" initiative serving the needs of our seniors and disabled with guidance for social services and healthcare entitlements.
 
Our goal is to provide our members a strong and unified network that fosters their success while providing education, enrichment and empowerment our guiding principals. FALC is not political, we are about people, who mean what the say and say what they mean. We provide a meaningful membership and host monthly meetings in English and Spanish. Our membership is inspirational and comprised of facilities and healthcare businesses ranging in size from no employees to hundreds. Big, small, for-profit and not-for profit there is a place for every type of healthcare related businesses.
 
When you join FALC you are joining one of the largest networks of assisted living and healthcare related business providers in Florida. Best of all we don't charge our members for our educational programs. You actually get something free out of our membership, free access to our network and free CE's at our conference and monthly meetings.

VISION
Florida Assisted Living Coalition is delivering inter-generational, cultural and non political programming that is setting the example by which all are measured. Our commitment to our Community Partners and Professional Network leads by example and helps to achieve optimum results that are easy to understand and helpful solutions to those we serve - the seniors and disabled of Florida.

MISSION/GUIDING PRINCIPLES
Provide Education, Enrichment, Empowerment to Healthcare Professionals and Identify Outreach Social Services benefiting Seniors and the Disabled. There are no administrative salaries, everyone participating is a volunteer.

*Proceeds from our annual conference are donated promoting other educational network organizations in our community.
*A minimum amount of money is withheld to cover deposits for the subsequent conference year. Our membership helps fuel our events held throughout the year and are usually available to the public free of charge.

STATEMENT OF UNDERSTANDING
Florida Assisted Living Coalition (FALC) is a giant network of healthcare related professionals and providers in the state, who help people in navigating the arduous process of identifying memory care, independent or assisted living communities and adult family care homes throughout Florida that satisfy ones style and budget.  We also represent a Network of Assisted Living, Independent Living and Memory Care Communities that are accessible anywhere in the state via our Community Partner "Resource Guides" that reach beyond our membership.

FALC believes that education grows knowledge and a vast network builds economic strength. We offer Continuing Education Programs, Workshops and Seminars open to the healthcare community, the public and some topics are hosted via television and radio broadcast throughout each year. Our conference lectures are always free to members and our meetings are always free to our network.

Florida Assisted Living Coalition, also known as (FALC) has no affiliation with Florida Assisted Living Affiliation d/b/a Florida Assisted Living Association also known as FALA or any of its affiliates. FALA does not license, sponsor, approve, or benefit from FALC or any activities or services of FALC " nor FALC does not license, sponsor, approve or benefit from FALA or any actiivties or services of FALA. The two organizations are not related in anyway and respectively services the community each with its own mission independent of the other.
