Membership - Overview
OVERVIEW - MEMBERS MATTER
Any Senior Housing residential setting or medical or healthcare related professional or nonprofit or teaching facility whose business is not limited to fostering independence, assisted or catering to acute inpatient medical care or has a major interest in such fields, is eligible for membership. Board Certification in assisted living or skilled nursing is not a requirement for membership. Florida Assisted Living Coalition (FALC) is a non-profit organization promoting senior living as a vital part of the long-term care continuum. Payments, contributions, or gifts to FALC may be tax deductible contributions.
MEMBERSHIP Can attend a meeting anywhere within a 3 county radius. Members are always welcome to leave their literature on the attendees chair. (FALC meetings generally attract 35-40 attendees each meeting) Members may attend any educational meeting, conference, workshop, training, session, certified or uncertified course, generally at no cost. A minimal cost for printed materials, food/beverage and parking may be necessary at times. It is our guiding principal to offer these programs at a minimum or no cost to our members. All certified courses offered to members have been FREE since FALCs inception.

ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP Associate membership is based on the calendar year includes an opportunity to be listed with a website link on our website to your website for non housing related nonprofit businesses.
We believe we are most effective as an advocacy organization for health care professionals when we act in partnership with our statewide memberships. FALC is an excellent way to keep in touch with your colleagues and hear guest speakers on compelling issues affecting our careers. Florida Assisted Living Coalition’s state-of-the-art web site is an invaluable resource for information about the organization, conference, membership, education, Community Outreach, management, calendar of events, and much, much more.
