Leadership starts at the bottom and supports the staff. It is of utmost importance that the team understands what are the objectives of the company and the necessity of being accountable. Every member of the team must realize how important customer satisfaction is to census and feel empowered to give 100% of themselves. The staff work in harmony and the outcome is that the residents and family members feel satisfied. This is a successful approach adaptive to any business.
