Educational Empowerment/Customer Service: 

Perhaps the most significant part of the business is the empowerment of the employees to deliver the “Whatever it Takes” philosophy. It is no easier motivating 5 employees to reach the goal of 100 percent customer satisfaction to guests as it would be to motivate 50 employees. Employee empowerment is the key to our successful outcomes. How can you encourage, motivate and empower your team? The objective is to help the staff be more comfortable with various aspects of the operation and cross train them in other disciplines to maximize their full potential. Further the employees then become universal and can easily adapt to working outside of their department as part of a team effort. In addition, employees are encouraged to attend off site educational programs related to their field of expertise. Provide staff with a basic understanding of the accounting payables and receivables to realize that the focus is on customer satisfaction and retention. Employees have a real concern for the betterment of the resident to ensure their happiness. This objective is reinforced & accomplished when the team work in harmony toward the personal best approach generated under the direction of their leadership, YOU!
