Education - Enrichment
Compliment/Appreciate/Reinforce Self Esteem: Staff should be given frequent compliments on the productivity of their performance. Offer verbal or written appreciation to staff for their dedication and good, hard work. Every person who works within the community plays an important role to the outcome of the business model. Management must reward a job well done and foster the relationship with the staff to encompass building their self esteem to maximize their full potential. Under your Administration Employees need to be kept motivated, reinforce their strong sense of self esteem and help them work toward the goals of the company. Employee/Manager of Month: Every Month an employee and manager is featured in your business Newsletter with a feature article about the individual and their life outside of the business. The article is called “Team Spotlight” the employee is later recognized at a staff meeting and awarded a certification, Employee of the Month. A similar recognition is awarded to the Manager of the Month for staying within a budget, motivating and maximizing employee potential and employee retention.
Pep Rally: On a monthly basis the employees are invited to attend this special Rally, held in a large meeting area whereby you can accommodate the majority of the staff for a mandatory meeting. (mandatory meeting means if an employee doesn’t show up they lose one day from the following posted schedule period.) Each rally has a theme. The employees receive their certifications and the meeting for their collected stars at this meeting. Reward Pins are distributed titled “Whatever it Takes”, “Above and Beyond”, “Surpass Expectation”. Two - Three employees are selected to share a story of an event which occurred outside of their job description benefiting your customer, a resident, co-worker or family member. The rally reinforces the objectives of the business, reviews census, significant safety reminders and goals. It also helps restore the enrichment of team and good work ethics.
